My name is Annie Stenersen. I am a lover of Jesus, a wife, and Momma to 7 beautiful children. I love to bake and cook, and have a passion to help people.

I was 13 years old when I was diagnosed with anorexia, and battled intensely for 3 years. Doctors warned I might not be able to bear children, but God had other plans! I am so thankful, as my dream was to be a Mom!

I moved to New Hampshire after graduating, where I met my husband. We married 2 years later and started our life together there. Expecting our second baby, we moved west to Washington, where we currently reside. We have had a full and fun life raising our babies, starting businesses, and moving our life from home to home over the years.

After baby #5 my health declined immensely. I remember barely being able to do the laundry- my body was so tired and energy gone. Panic attacks, ER visits, taking whatever I could get my hands on to try building myself back up. I’m so thankful our bodies tell us things; may we learn to listen!

Fast forward a few years, I was able to live a fairly normal life, but was still just surviving. After our 7th blessing came…. we got a cancer diagnosis. Maverick had a Wilms tumor diagnosis right before his first birthday. I was hesitant for him to undergo chemo and radiation, but felt peace it was right for us. This ignited more passion to learn, and help support his body during this time. As a nursing Mom, this also meant taking care of me. I started on a journey of healing through prayer and addressing my body’s needs. A year later, I took an intensive course to become a practitioner.

Here I am today, an Integrative Healing Practitioner! I’m so excited to help you overcome!
